David is making an electric guitar with an internal resonance unit which will consist of 12 tuned chambers, made using routed channels.

A 'scarfed' neck join; the headstock angle is achieved by cutting through a straight neck blank and switching the end under the main block.

The truss rod is glued in with a wood fillet on top.

You can't have too many cramps... The walnut facing is glued on using plenty of cramps for even pressure.
